专利说明:

The present invention relates to a device for liquid scraping for floor treatment machines provided with motor-driven rotatable floor treatment equipment, wherein the scraper ring comprises a plurality in relation to the circumference of the scraper ring and the intended rotational blade direction in the scraping with a mechanism for this. scrubbers and other floor treatment machines and which work with water, scrubbing liquid and / or other floor treatment liquid and which include which is attached to be arranged around a scraper ring, around a rotatably driven brush, pad, sanding pad, sanding pad, disc with sandpaper or other suitable floor treatment tool, there are problems in being able to effectively attach the separate many scraper blade pieces which are arranged to be held in the scraper ring by the intended mechanism for this, and whose function is mainly to scrape the substrate clean from the scrubbing liquid, etc. to have the suction device connected to or included in said, for example, scrubbing machine sucked up. When the scrubbing machine is run on a surface which makes the scraper blade pieces difficult to wear or the material in them for some reason is not so effective for the substrate in question on the floor, there is a need to be able to easily change the scraper blade pieces to new ones or to replace them with other types of blade.
Said object is achieved by means of a device according to the present invention, which is mainly characterized in that quick fastening mechanisms intended for individual scraper blade pieces comprise a manual actuating part and a fastening part which can cooperate with said scraper blade piece, said fastening part being movable between holding position and a releasing position of a said scraper blade piece.
The present invention is described below as a preferred embodiment, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which, Figs. 1 and 2 show schematically in cross section a scraper blade piece in an attached position and in an attached position, respectively. Fig. 2A shows different views in a quick Fig. 3 shows an exploded view of a portion of a scraper ring obliquely from above, Fig. 4 shows the front part of a scrubbing machine with the scrubbing and suction part of the machine seen obliquely from above, Fig. 5 shows from below a scraper ring with scraper blade pieces attached thereto, Fig. 6 shows the scraper ring shown in Fig. 5 seen obliquely from above and Fig. 7 shows a view obliquely from below of a scrubbing machine and its scrub brush with surrounding scraper ring and scraper blade pieces attached thereto.
The invention briefly described: This scraper ring should be a complement to the scraper ring used with the machine today! The scraper ring used for the machine today has relatively hard scrapers and which are not easy to replace. The present invention with removable scrapers gives the user the opportunity to change the scraper depending on the floor type. The user pulls up a scraper, made of rubber or other soft material, through a slot on the underside of the scraper ring and pushes in a quick-release lever, which is mounted on a spring, in order to be able to raise the scraper all the way up to the upper part. of a fastening. The user then releases the lever, which causes the spring to return to its original position and lock the scraper.
A said scraper ring is mounted around a brush on a cleaning machine and has two functions, namely scraping up scrubbing water and also helping to suck up scrubbing water.
The scraper ring is permanently mounted in three leaf springs and rotates together with the brush. The scrapers ensure that the scrubbing water does not get outside the scraper ring.
Vacuum hoses, which are also located in the scraper ring, suck up the scrubbing water as the scrapers scrape together from the surface.
Detailed description of the invention A device 1 at a liquid scraper ring 2 for a scrubbing machine 3, or other similar cleaning machine provided with a motor-driven rotatable brush 4, or other floor treatment tool and suction devices 23 comprises a plurality in relation to the circumference of the scraper ring and intended direction of rotation 5. inclined flexible scraper blade pieces 6 which are arranged to be held in the scraper ring 2 by the intended mechanism 7 therefor. According to the invention, for individual scraper blade pieces 6, fast fastening mechanisms 7 intended which comprise a manual actuating part 8 and a fastening part 9, which is arranged for releasable connection with said scraper blade piece 6, comprises said fastening part 9 movable to move. between a holding position I of a said scraper blade piece 6 and a releasing position II of a said scraper blade piece 6, respectively. The fastening part 9 can have fastening means 10 which are arranged to penetrate or deform at least a part thereof into the material 11 which the scraper blade pieces 6 consist of. Alternatively, the fastening part may have fastening means which are arranged to clamp the relevant scraper blade piece on the scraper ring by clamping action against a part of the scraper blade piece, or that fastening means may be used which may penetrate into prefabricated recesses in the scraper blade pieces.
The scraper blade pieces 6 consisting of rubber and / or plastic material, or other more or less soft materials, preferably polymeric material, are insertable into slot-shaped recesses 12 in the scraper ring body 13 with a part 14, said fastening part 9 of the quick-fastening mechanism 7 being cooperable with said insertable part 14 of each 1 scraper blade piece 6.
The fastening part 9 can be formed by a resiliently pivotally mounted plastic or metal piece provided with teeth 10 and the teeth 10, which are punched out of one end of the fastening part, are distributed along the entire width of the fastening part, the fastening part being formed of spring steel.
Alternatively, the fastening part may have fastening means which are arranged to be received in prefabricated recesses in said scraper blade pieces, for example as in a ring binder or the like. This is not shown in the drawings. Nor are other solutions that fall within the scope of the requirements shown or described further.
The said actuating part 8 is formed by a lever which is connected to the movable resilient fastening means 10 of said fastening part 9. The lever has such a length that it can be actuated by finger force and is stiffer than the fastening part 9. Suitably the lever consists of metal or Plastic material and is riveted, screwed, glued or welded to the fastening part 9.
The said quick-fixing mechanisms 7 are connected to a part 16 with an upper part 15 of the frame of the scraper ring.
The construction of the invention should have been clearly understood from the above and with the aid of the drawings. The function is also apparent from this, but it must be briefly described that the user of the scrubbing machine 3 or other floor treatment machine presses with a finger on the actuating part 8 at its outer end, whereby the force F which then acts on the actuating part 8 causes it to swing in the direction 17 around a formed pivot joint 18 between the fastening part 9 and an anchoring part 19 of a common resilient part 20 which in the example shown is fastened between an upper part 15 of a intended scraper ring 2 and its body 21 itself.
At the same time as the actuating part 8 is pivoted inwards 17, the attached fastening part 9 will be pivoted outwards in direction 2 of the arrow 22. In said position, intended for example worn scraper blade piece 6 can be pulled out of intended recess 12 in the scraper ring 2 and a new scraper blade piece 6 inserted therein. . In the present example, the teeth 10 of the fastening part 9 will penetrate into the material 11 of the insertable part 14 of the scraper blade piece, as shown in Fig. 2, and effectively hold said scraper blade piece 6 in the scraper ring 2. The scraper blade piece 6 is removed in the same manner fixed in the opposite direction.
Alternatively, the pure squeezing action of the material in the scraper blade pieces from each side thereof, as stated above, can be used or that fastening means suitable for prefabricated recesses in the scraper blade pieces may be received therein. The nature and function of the device should have been apparent from the one described above and that shown in the drawings.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments described above and the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular as regards the nature of the various parts, or by the use of equivalent techniques, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.
